how to make tempura soba shrimp

Ingridients:
Ø  2000 (two thausand)ml water for boiled
Ø  1250(one thausand two hundred fifety)ml chicken kaldu
Ø  200(two thausand)gr soba noodle
Ø  4 table spoon michin
Ø  2 tea spoon sugar
Ø  1 cm ginger
Ø  2 fang garlic
Ø  ½ table spoon salt
Ø  1 table spoon green onion
Ø  500(fife hundred)gr shrimp
Ø  75(seventy fife)gr wheat flour
125(one hundret twenty fife)ml ice water
Ø  1 yellow egg
Ø  Oil for fry
steps:
Ø  Boil water in pot,add soba noodle until ripe,depart and wash that soba by ice water hile add until flour solution is lost,than dry that soba
Ø  Cook chicken kaldu with michin,sugar,ginger,garlic and salt.
Ø  After boiled smaller that fire.cook after the smell is lost and than depart
Ø  To make tempura shrimp,throw the skin,keep the tail and piece shrimp under than draw shrimp until straight.
Ø  Add wheat flour,ice water,and yellow egg.mixs until flat,and heat oilwho want to be use for fry that shrimp.
Ø  Dye shrimp in wheat flour,and fry until golden.
Ø  Take a bowl than put the soba noodle and add chicken kaldu and put shrimp with green onion.
Ø  Now a tempura soba shrimp is can to serve.

Meaning:
Ø   Rebus air di dalam panci,campurkan mie soba sampai matang.angkat dan bilas soba dengan air dingin.aduk sapai tepung hilang,dan keringkan mie soba.
Ø  Masak kaldu ayam dengan micin,gula,jahe,bawang putih dan garam.
Ø  Setelah memanaskan kecilkan apinya.masak sampai baunya hilang dan tiriskan.
Ø  Untuk membuat tempura shrimp,kupas kulitnya,biarkan ekornya,dan potong bagian bawahnya dan tark udang hingga panjang
Ø  Campurkan terigu,air es dan kuning telur.aduk hingga rata dan panaskan minyak yang mau di gunakan untuk menggoreng udang.
Ø  Celupkan udang di dalam adonan dan goreng hingga berwarna kuning keemasan.
Ø  Ambil cambung,letakkan mie soba dan tambahkan kandu ayam dan letakkan udang dan daun bawang.
Ø  Sekarang tempura soba shrimp sudah dapat di sajikan.
